Care Barbie is Colombian but lives in Los Angeles. He has mostly done smaller works and humorous pieces for galleries in Latin America and around the U.S. This is his first larger scale mural. Leo Bud Welch was a long time gospel singer and musician who released his first album at the age of 83. He mixed up gospel and blues in his later shows. Care Barbie projects the image to do the outline and then fills in with spray paint.
