Coahoma County celebrates a number of festivals each year including the Delta Jubilee, Juke Joint Festival, Sunflower River Blues & Gospel Festival, and the Tennessee Williams Festival. Delta State University’s Bologna Performing Arts Center is just 30 minutes away via four-lane U.S. 61 and offers an entertainment calendar filled with world-class performances ranging from the best of theater, dance and music. More than a dozen major casinos are located within 30 minutes of Clarksdale and offer an astounding array of games, dining and live entertainment. And with Memphis, TN only an hour away, your options for fun are increased exponentially.
